A typical communication plan for Outsourced Projects between the client team and SynfoSys team for the corresponding project will mostly likely follow the pattern mentioned below.

Contact lists of SynfoSys and client team members are made available
     for the corresponding project
Communication methods and techniques are planned
Templates to be used for the planned communications are prepared accordingly
