SynfoSys considers IPR protection as prioritized aspect towards a successful long-term relationship with partners, hence our commitment to this policy is assured.

Our IP protection policy includes: -

• Employee NDA’s protecting proprietary information and inventions.
• Removal of proprietary information from company premises by means of copying, publishing etc. or any direct or indirect disclosure of the same to unassociated personnel is disallowed.
• Indulging in Business activities, while employed with SynfoSys or unfair competitive practices upon termination of employment are prevented.
• Other than to perform the necessary tasks they are associated with, employees limit the use of third party information and assign high value of confidentiality to it otherwise.
• Innovate ideas, inventions and their pertaining records such as, process trademark, service mark, technology, programming, authorship, design, formula, discovery, copyright, patent etc., have to be disclosed to and retained with in the company.

Project Related IP Protection: -

• Dedicated resources are assigned to client projects throughout the duration, discouraging the possibility of sharing client information.
• Our Process framework and work ethics limit the exchange of proprietary information between projects.

Confidential document control: -

• Removable hardware, floppy, CD drives are disabled at all stations (Access when required is allowed to authorized personnel).
• Internet access is restricted and allowed only with prior permission from respective PM.
• Only the use of corporate mailing and communication channels are allowed unless decided otherwise.
• Awareness of the filtering and random checking of these tools discourages misuse.
