A Project manager, Onsite Co-ordinator/Account manager in conjunction with the Management work together to ensure the scope of work as defined in contract is completed to the client satisfaction.

A Project manager functions a point of contact for technical requirements between the team and the client and is also responsible for all aspects of the project execution internally, ensuring the successful completion and delivery of the project.

Depending on the delivery model the role of an onsite coordinator becomes important to the project execution. In the Hybrid delivery model, the onsite co-ordinator (SynfoSys representative) positioned at the client location, acts as an interface between the client team and the SynfoSys Project Manager and development team enabling the smooth transition of the project, balancing the client processes and the SynfoSys frame work.

A SynfoSys Account Manager works closely with the Project Manager and Onsite coordinator, and the client acting as a focal point to oversee that all contractual and commercial obligations are honored and the desired results are achieved at all time.
