Our Development Process Framework is supported by documentation throughout the life cycle from the Request for Proposal to delivery stages. Our Project Management procedures are governed by our Project Management Manual, which demands clarity in the project plan, Technical Plan, Resource Planning, Estimation, Risk Management, configuration management and Quality control. The Project Manager is responsible for initiating these procedures, monitoring and maintaining, that they are strictly abided by throughout the project execution. Periodic reviews and audits are conducted to ensure procedures and Quality processes are being strictly adhered to.
